Include transclusion content headings in TOC

Docusaurus supports MDX transclusions OOTB, but if the source has headings, they are not represented in the floating TOC, which is a huge drawback. Thanks!

This is a technical limitation of MDX. 
We'll try to build tooling to solve this problem.
In the meantime you may find a workaround here:
https://github.com/facebook/docusaurus/issues/3915
