Vercel Web Analytics are being added via Pull Request #9687 https://github.com/facebook/docusaurus/pull/9687

It seems fair enough to integrate @vercel/speed-insights into docusaurus using the same approach as well.

Either integrate it with the packages/docusaurus-plugin-vercel-analytics itself with an on/off option; or

make a new plugin called packages/docusaurus-plugin-vercel-speed-insights. Both seems quite feasible.
