Enable local search for hash router

It would be great if the hash router could be used with a local search plugin, like docusaurus-search-local. This would allow users that are provided the .zipped out to more effectively find info. Browsing is good, but for a large doc set, it's not super effiecient.

My company recently chose Docusaurus for use in our native offline applications (thanks to the addition of the hash router). Having local search too would be a game changer for us. If we get any complaints from customers about the lack of search then we might be forced to migrate to another documentation system (which we don't want to do as Docusaurus is great!). Thank you.
