Actually (in v1) the right sidebar can be activated with

onPageNav: 'separate'

but it display only 2 levels of depth and it is not configurable.

It could be awesome to be able to choose the depth level in siteConfig.js

wontfix. If you need this feature, you'll have to write your own remark plugin for this & own React component that can play nicely with this
