Just like in version 1, allowing to use

where assets are in the docs folder.

Currently, we need assets folder within the static folder, and we need to do:

The current method doesn't support native MD editing/rendering, so we technically cant preview standard .md files.

This becomes a burden when editing MD files with a standard viewer.
