Add Organization Email to the SiteConfig API

Small request but having an config point for the Organization email be great, than having to specify it your pages.
Currently for all my docs sites use a shared site config (the sites are all under on lerna project).
Having this end point will mean i don't have to go update email details on all sites.

Joshua Chen as one of the voters: custom fields may work, but the question was made in June 2019, as far I know the custom fields come after that date.
