We will have "hidden"/"unlisted" docs in the future. Further discussion will happen in https://github.com/facebook/docusaurus/issues/5701

agree we should have some kind of draft feature.
This has been discussed a few times in the repo already (for example https://github.com/facebook/docusaurus/issues/3417)
Note that a draft can mean 2 things:
- only show the page in dev mode, but remove it from prod
- show draft in prod, but "hide" it (from sidebars, google, sitemap + noIndex...)
